Project management
We have experience with large projects of change such as the implementation of business systems, journal systems, and CRM, as well as product and system development within both industry and healthcare.
Often we work according to a hybrid model where we combine the best parts of waterfall and agile methods. If the client uses a certain framework, we adapt to it. For example, the project management model of Västra Götaland region called Projektilen.
Change management
We have driven change management based on line responsibility but also as part of projects. Here too, we are used to working based on different frameworks, such as Kotter's 8-step model, ADKAR, or models that come from suppliers of business systems (SAP) or journal systems (Oracle).
